Important Covid 19 Watersports Booking Updates

Guiding principles

  • We will always follow Government guidance
  • We will take a considerate and conservative approach:
    • Considerate: being mindful of the potential impact that we have on other water users and minimising unnecessary extra strain on emergency services.
    • Conservative: helping to minimise risk by taking an extra conservative approach to watersports.

Your Conduct

  • Do NOT attend your session if you have any covid related symptoms.
  • Social distancing must be followed at all times.
  • Please wash or Sanitise your hands before arrival.
  • Please arrive in a timely fashion for sessions, in order to be kitted up and ready to go at your lesson start time, we would recommend 10 minutes prior to your lesson time. We have carefully planned activities so as to best protect customers and our team.
  • You are welcome to wear a facemask when on the beach if you wish.

Where To Register for your Lesson, Course or Hire

All watersports will be operating from the wooden beach hut at the bottom right hand side of the slipway onto the beach. The team will be waiting to greet you at the hut for lessons, courses and hire and will escort you to the changing rooms as appropriate for lessons and courses. Do NOT go to the shop to register for watersports.

Covid 19 Cancellation Policy

  • a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)

In the event of a cancellation due to covid related medical concerns we would be extremely grateful if you can contact us as soon as possible. In this instance we are happy to issue either a  full refund or gift voucher valid for 2 years.
