Your Conduct
Where To Register for your Lesson, Course or Hire
All watersports will be operating from the wooden beach hut at the bottom right hand side of the slipway onto the beach. The team will be waiting to greet you at the hut for lessons, courses and hire and will escort you to the changing rooms as appropriate for lessons and courses. Do NOT go to the shop to register for watersports.
Covid 19 Cancellation Policy
In the interest of safety you must NOT attend your hire/lesson/course if you or anyone in your household have been contacted by track and trace or have got covid symptoms and are self isolating, including recent onset of any of the following:
In the event of a cancellation due to covid related medical concerns we would be extremely grateful if you can contact us as soon as possible. In this instance we are happy to issue either a full refund or gift voucher valid for 2 years.
Group Booking Restrictions
Group bookings are restricted to a maximum of two households booking together and groups sizes are currently restricted as follows:

Children attending sessions
Where young children are attending lessons or courses we strongly suggest a parent assist their children changing into any activity clothing to prevent unnecessary instructor intervention and to manage the time efficiently.
Wetsuits
Wetsuits are NOT available for hire. Wetsuits will only be provided for lessons and courses. All wetsuits will be sterilised and removed from the centre kit for 72 hours post use. If you have your own wetsuits we encourage you to bring this with you to wear.
Buoyancy aids
Buoyancy aids will be provided for all hire and tuition. After use all buoyancy aids will be sterilised before reuse. If you have your own buoyancy aid we encourage you to bring it with you to wear.
Equipment
All equipment including kayaks, stand up paddleboards, windsurfs and boats will be cleaned down between users.
