- The webcam provides live video. If you don't want live video, or can't for technical reasons, then click HERE to use the still image option (updated every 15 minutes 8am-8pm).

- If you use Firefox, Chrome, Safari or any another browser, the video should just work.

- If you use Internet Explorer, video is displayed using an 'ActiveX Control' which is downloaded the first time you connect to the camera (look out for the yellow bar at the top of the browser window). That works fine for XP/IE7 but Vista/7/IE8 is more picky and you'll have to download and install the Axis Media Control manually from here.

- The video is limited to 20 minutes per session and a specified number of users, so if the video stops or you get no image; that's why.
